comments: Hi Carl,I just purchased a copy of the CD "Reaching Back," and I just wanted to let you and the group know that it is great! The music is enjoyable to listen to throughout and the new songs are lyrically excellent, while firmly maintaining the excellent trademark "Buckingham's" sound. On a lark, I happened upon the CD at Borders, and after listening to a few sample song clips at the store, I was convinced that this would be a good CD to have in my collection, which it certainly is. I do not consider your group's music "oldies" music at all. It maintains a fresh, energetic aspect which has stood the test of time, and your group's CD will certainly be among those played at my house during my family's Thanksgiving Day celebration. It will be interesting to learn if any of our guests will be able to recognize the group, and I would speculate that after hearing this CD, some of them at least, will likely become new Buckingham fans and will probably want a copy of the CD for themselves!May you, your family, and your group enjoy a Happy Thanksgiving and continued success in musical endeavors.
